The People's Council of Northudankton
The People’s Council is Northudankton’s supreme organ of state power and sole national legislative body. All Full Citizens possess the right to participate; participation is opt-in rather than compulsory. The Council legislates, elects major officers, supervises subordinate bodies, and retains legislative supremacy except where the Constitution or a binding ruling of the People’s Tribunal provides otherwise.
