Northudankton Community Guard
The Northudankton Community Guard is the public safety, patrol, and territorial observation body of Northudankton, responsible for monitoring Duikienin and the wider Greater Duikienin Area, documenting hazards, maintaining civic awareness, and supporting the security and stability of the Realm.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Community Guard exists to preserve the safety, accessibility, and civic order of Northudankton through regular patrol, documentation, and response. Its duties include:
- Conducting routine patrols of the Community of Duikienin and the wider Greater Duikienin Area.
- Observing and documenting conditions in Northudankton’s communities, counties, regions, routes, and points of concern.
- Identifying hazards such as flooding, overgrowth, fallen limbs, debris, blocked paths, unsafe terrain, and other accessibility concerns.
- Monitoring areas of elevated concern, including the Bert Exclusion Zone and other locations requiring heightened observation.
- Recording public safety conditions using the official safety scale of No Risk, Low Risk, Medium Risk, and High Risk.
- Distinguishing between direct security threats, environmental hazards, public works concerns, and ordinary residential activity.
- Supporting Public Works by reporting maintenance needs and assisting with clearing, trimming, access restoration, and basic upkeep when necessary.
- Maintaining official patrol records for civic documentation, public accountability, and historical preservation.
- Protecting the general stability, safety, and dignity of Northudankton through measured, professional, and lawful conduct.
Patrol Schedule
The Community Guard patrols Duikienin and the rest of the Greater Duikienin Area roughly at least once every two weeks. Patrol cycles normally cover the major jurisdictions and areas of interest within the Greater Duikienin Area, including Duikienin, Aelborough, Fort Saint Alex, Tallapaloone, East Aelborough, Freewoods, Lottie Fields, Yethantag, the Bert Exclusion Zone, and the Region of Moon.
Safety Reports
Patrol findings are assessed using the official Community Guard safety report scale:
- No Risk: No meaningful hazard, threat, or concern observed.
- Low Risk: Minor concern or ordinary activity requiring awareness but no immediate response.
- Medium Risk: Notable hazard, obstruction, environmental condition, or recurring concern requiring caution or follow-up.
- High Risk: Serious concern, elevated hazard, active instability, or condition requiring heightened monitoring or priority response.
Public Works Coordination
When patrols identify maintenance concerns, the Community Guard may coordinate with Northudankton Public Works to restore access and improve safety. This may include clearing Saint Duisienbourgh Street, trimming foliage in Saint Constance Court and East Duikienin Pass, removing debris, documenting blocked routes, and reporting environmental hazards such as flooding or unsafe ground conditions.
