Legal Duties and Authority
- Serves as deputy to the Chairman.
- Assists in administration and Council business.
- Exercises delegated authority and acts as presiding authority when the Chairman is absent, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to perform official functions.
- Does not possess independent Chairman authority except when delegated or acting in the Chairman’s absence under law.
