Northudankton Exterior Committee

The standing committee responsible for national defense, foreign policy, diplomacy, international relations, external security, and interactions extending beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the Realm.

Purpose and Jurisdiction

The Exterior Committee is Northudankton’s organized foreign-affairs and defense administration.

  • Manages foreign policy, diplomatic engagements, negotiations, treaties, and intergovernmental correspondence.
  • Coordinates participation in the Grand Unified Micronational and other multilateral organizations.
  • Maintains defense preparedness and external-security awareness.
  • Monitors foreign and international factors affecting the NSSI and jointly approves NSSI changes with Interior.
  • Operates under the strategic direction and immediate supervision of the Chairman in national-security and foreign-affairs matters.
  • Maintains operational command over the Northudankton Armed Forces when activated.

The Committee Leader is the chief administrative officer for internal committee governance, implementation of mandates, coordination, and reporting to the People’s Council.

Subordinate Bodies and Functions

Accountability

The committee is subordinate to the People’s Council. Its bodies must comply with statutory oversight, documentation, and reporting requirements, and reports may be requested at any time by majority Council vote. If committee leadership is vacant, the Chairman may serve as interim head subject to Council override.
