Judicial Authority
The People’s Tribunal of Northudankton is the sole and supreme judicial body of the Realm. It interprets and enforces Northudankton law, hears civil and criminal matters, conducts judicial review, resolves constitutional and statutory disputes, and issues binding decisions.

- Bench trials, with the Arbiter or authorized judge as trier of fact and law.
- Search and arrest warrants upon sufficient evidentiary support.
- Appeals, contempt sanctions, settlements, injunctions and restraining orders.
- Judicial review of governmental acts.
- Administration of official oaths and supervision of probation/parole.
- Review of governmental-structure disputes and Council referrals involving public officeholders.
