Requirement to Practice Law
No individual may practice law in Northudankton unless that individual has taken and passed the official bar examination and received legal licensure. The examination is intended to verify legal knowledge, analytical skill, and ethical grounding.
Administration
The Constitution assigns development, oversight, regulation, periodic review, and updating of the bar examination to the appropriate state licensing authority.
