The conditional wartime or martial-law armed force of Northudankton.
Responsibilities
- Activates upon declaration of wartime or martial law by the People’s Council or Chairman as provided by statute.
- Is formed from / replaces the peacetime Community Guard structure during activation.
- Falls under Exterior Committee governance and operational command.
- Carries out defense functions subject to national law, strategic direction, and Council/Chairman authority.
Institutional Relationship
The Community Guard is the normal peacetime law-enforcement/civil-protection body; the NAF is the corresponding activated defense structure.
