Responsibilities
- Legally defines Counties, Regions, Communities, Outposts, and designated zones.
- Serves as the primary instrument for recording and updating territorial definitions, boundaries, and named locations.
- Binding administrative geographic changes must be reflected on the Official Map.
- Appropriate administrative authorities designated by the Council implement and maintain geographic changes.
