Responsibilities

• Oversight of inbound and outbound logistics.
• Tracking and registry of physical goods entering or departing Northudankton territory.
• Management of delivery records and package flow.
• Processing immigration applications.
• Processing visitor entries and related logistical certifications.

Institutional Relationship

The Port Authority’s role overlaps deliberately with the Exterior Committee: NPA performs logistical/administrative processing, while Exterior retains broader border, citizenship, immigration-policy, and external-security functions.
