Responsibilities
- Maintains citizen accounts.
- Processes and stores compensation disbursements.
- Provides financial storage.
- Receives automatic public-office compensation deposits where applicable.
- Supports authorized physical/external withdrawals under Treasury-established rules.
Institutional Relationship
The NNB is not the Treasury. Treasury controls public funds and accounting; the NNB provides account and storage infrastructure.
